Reputation & Deliverability vendors provide feedback and whitelist/blacklist products to both email senders (like bulk email senders) and email recipients (like ISPs). These services are used to enhance the deliverability of valid (non-spam) messages; both by allowing known good senders in more easily and blocking known bad senders.
